Warranty Info
For commissioned pencil portraits, there is a 30% non refundable deposit required.
When the work is finished, full payment is required within 7 days.
If by chance the customer is not satisfied with the final drawing. Money will be returned upon my receiving the work in tact at customers expenense, minus the 30% deposit.
